SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Zovrelle! We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless, reliable, and affordable shopping experience. 

1. Free Shipping Worldwide
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our store. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees at checkout—the price you see is the price you pay.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

3. Shipping Transit Times
Once processed, your package is handed over to our tracking-supported carriers. 
* Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that estimated times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, customs processing, or holidays.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can follow your package directly using our "Track Your Order" page. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zovrelle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Zovrelle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us immediately at support@zovrelle.com. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot alter the delivery route.
